TD Canada Trust
TD Bank merged with Canada Trust in 2001. The newly formed TD Canada Trust called Wingenback to convert each of its 1,500 individual branches to the new brand.
1,500 Site Surveys
In just two months, Wingenback conducted 1,500 site visits across the country and completed audits at each branch. We determined the interior signage, ATM signage, merchandising fixtures, and miscellaneous branded signs and items.
We took all that information and within a month had created a complete data base for TD Canada Trust, Retail Real Estate and Marketing.
Wingenback was responsible for the complete project management of the site surveys.

Re-branding:
Wingenback re-branded the 1,500 branches in four geographic waves, completing the 748 branches in Ontario in just four weeks. We arranged for warehousing all the merchandising fixtures for all 1,500 branches. In each branch across Canada, we removed all existing merchandising fixtures and signs and delivered and installed the new fixtures and interior signs.
We created a detailed installation manual and brand compliance guide and ensured that each branch was brand compliant when the job was done. We sent photos of each branch to TD Canada Trust and conducted a post-install visit at all 1,500 locations to ensure there were no concerns regarding the installation or brand compliance.
Wingenback did a complete rebranding of ATMs across Canada, finishing each of the four regions in five days.
Wingenback was responsible for the project management of the entire re-branding campaign.
