Letter to our Valued Customers

December 8, 2009

We thank you for recognizing our capabilities and placing your important projects in our hands.  The work that you have entrusted to us has shaped and continues to mould Wingenback into the company we can be proud of today and tomorrow.

In 2010 Wingenback will celebrate our 35 year anniversary.   The people at Wingenback have worked hard to provide products and services for our valued customers and clients.  In 1975 the goal was to provide a tailored service that was of a higher standard than what the industry was accustomed to.  Today, 35 years later and with people employed in many parts of Canada we can proudly say we have not lost sight of that original customer service mission statement.  In 2007 the people at Wingenback developed a strategic plan that required changes to many facets of our operations.  With that plan now fully implemented we can say we are in a great position for the upcoming years.

Wingenback is a unique company with a history of empowering our people with a “pride of ownership” culture that we apply in every daily challenge or task.   The products and services that we provide are a result of listening to our valued customers that place their challenges in our hands.   On paper Wingenback is fortunate to have a long list of assets acquired and built up over the years, but our number one asset today is the people within our company and the people who we call our valued customers.

Today and into the future Wingenback will keep and further refine our `Yes we can`` attitude in our every day activities.  As we analyze what we do at Wingenback, we will produce a list of thousands of little things we all do every day.  Our goal today is to emphasize the huge importance on doing all these little things right.   The focus of quality in every task we perform, combined with a long term corporate strategy will result in many more years of our clients across the country saying ``let`s call Wingenback, they will get it done”.

I wish to thank you again for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Wayne Wingenbach
